Warm-Up

At the same time, you have to drive off your toes and remain light on your feet. You need to be at an RPE, which is the rate of perceived exertion of about 8 or 9 on the scale of 1 to 10.

Side Shuffle

Your speed should be 3.0 to 6.0 in this segment that depends on your skill. In the meantime, you need to go into a low athletic stance, knees bent, and feet wide. Now, land on the balls of your feet, but don’t let the heels click as you take every step.

Lunges

Use the handles of your treadmill and straddle the belt or turn it off. That is because you are going to do push-ups now on an incline. You have to engage your abs and maintain a straight line from your shoulders to ankles like you bend your elbows to lower your chest as close to the machine.

Bent Rows

Dips

Turn around your back to the treadmill, and the belt should be off. Now, place your hands behind you and onto the handles below the treadmill console, and fingers facing toward your feet. Step your feet out a few inches, and bend your elbows and lean forward slightly. Then push back up strong and through your triceps.

Cool Down

In the last stage, you must cool down. To do that, you have to walk or jog slowly for five minutes.
